At Jericho Coffee Traders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your coffee equipment or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging. Pack them securely in a shipping box along with your proof of purchase and RMA details.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or send the package to our Oxford roastery using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
